time for an R'nR break

It's my first weekend up in Betty's since January, as I had guests from the Netherlands staying all of February. It's sooo lovely to be here again! And escape the madness that is Cape Town on the weekend of the Cape Cycle tour.

I forget sometimes how amazingly peaceful it is here. A weekend feels like a week away. Heaven.

We had a bit of rain last week. But the garden is still looking a bit thirsty. Certainly less though than non-indigenous gardens, which fare less well during droughts.
